Pluslavie just loves an explosion of tulle, and the TuTuPlu is a key piece in the brand's aesthetic. It has a soft elastic waistband and multiple layers of semi-sheer tulle; a smooth interior slip skirt offers a bit of coverage. Pluslavie layers this under all of their sweatshirts and tops for a feminine effect. We find this is running quite large; most of our customers have opted to size down in this style.
